 Delicious spaghetti recipe  Ingredients: 8 ounces (225 grams) spaghetti 2 tablespoons olive oil 3 cloves garlic, minced 1 small onion, finely chopped 1 pound (450 grams) ground beef or Italian sausage 1 can (14 ounces) crushed tomatoes 1 can (6 ounces) tomato paste 1 teaspoon dried basil 1 teaspoon dried oregano 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for some heat) Grated Parmesan cheese, for serving Fresh basil or parsley, for garnish Instructions: Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside. In a large skillet or saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and chopped onion, and sauté for about 2-3 minutes until the onion becomes translucent and the garlic is fragrant.
